Prior to joining Cove Hill, Krzysztof worked in the Strategy & Corporate Finance practice of McKinsey & Company's New York office. During his time at McKinsey, he focused on private equity due diligence assignments and growth strategy initiatives across Consumer Retail and TMT with a specific focus on enterprise software and data analytics solutions.

Outside of work, Krzysztof enjoys reading sci-fi novels (40K Universe), exploring new restaurants and cuisines, skiing, and playing paintball.
