Prior to joining Cove Hill, Peyton worked at McKinsey & Company, in the firm’s Chicago and New York offices. During his time at McKinsey, he served clients in the private equity, venture Capital/technology, healthcare, and consumer/retail sectors on investment diligence, strategy, and growth initiatives.

Outside of work, Peyton is passionate about all things sports and film—an equally enthusiastic fan of Arsenal football club and Robert Bresson. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his dogs and (when he can) on the family sheep farm in Virginia.
