Theo is an accomplished Technology Executive with proven global leadership experience in PE & public companies. Over his nearly 30-year career, Theo has built complex technological ecosystems and scaled international product organizations and processes while leading product development, product management, user experience design, DevOps, cloud operations, and InfoSec.

Before joining Cove Hill, Theo held various leadership, board, and advisory positions at SaaS software businesses spanning Insurance (Vertafore), Public Safety (TriTech), Procurement (Jaggaer), and Life Sciences (Bioclinica), where he helped execute successful business model transitions and built ecosystems and scaled global product organizations.

Theo is a native of South Africa and resides on the Puget Sound. He likes to spend his time outdoors in the mountains, hiking, fly fishing, skiing, and mountain biking.
