Vic has spent the majority of his 20-year professional career in the technology industry building and leading financial and operational teams.

During the 10 years directly preceding Cove Hill, Vic served in financial and operational leadership roles for three private equity-backed software companies, during which time he supported numerous acquisitions and three sponsor exits. Most recently Vic was the COO & CFO at JAGGAER, a global source to pay SaaS software leader. In this role, he led global operations across finance, IT, sales operations, legal and customer care.

Prior to JAGGAER, Vic served as CFO at Planview, a global leader in Portfolio & Work Management software, where he helped lead the integration of three acquisitions, along with broad operational scaling initiatives across the business.

Before Planview, Vic spent 5 years at Vertafore, a leading provider of software solutions for insurance agencies and carriers. Prior to Vertafore, he spent approximately 5 years at Cray Inc., a global leader in supercomputing (subsequently purchased by HP). He also spent two years at Lehman Brothers.

Outside the office, Vic is an avid cyclist and general outdoor enthusiast, spending his free time cycling, running, surfing and hiking. He also enjoys traveling with his family and watching his teenage daughters play basketball.
